California Dreaming

Two diaper changes (one narrowly close to a blow out), a couple minor squawks, and one medical emergency later (two pediatricians and luckily one cardiologist on board) , the Radesky family's first plane trip was a success. We made it down to California just in time for the state's worst storm in like forever. We think it was nature's way of transitioning Thomas away from Seattle for the first time with the gray skies he knows and loves.

Gran and Gramp Radesky were stoked to see their grandchild and Thomas was happy to show off all his new tricks, like rolling, standing, belly laughing, and grabbing anything close.

Gran "stumbled" upon Babies R Us and had quite the spread ready for the little one, which he welcomed with drool and gummie smiles. Gramp had fun with a little peek-a-boo and kept us all full with non dairy, non-soy, non-gluten fare. Jenny and I also got out for a mini date, where we kept the Thomas talk to about 50 to 60 percent of the time. It was a great trip and really special for me to show Thomas where his dad grew up.

Oh, and did I mention his obsession with the huge TV? Yeah, he is definitely his father's son.

Goal!!!!!
