Good Weekend

It was a good weekend here in Ballard.  Mom graduated from Residency (proud does not begin to describe this moment), Jenny and I had a date on Friday night (????!!!!), Jenny was home for both days of the weekend, we celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary on Saturday (shown here at the park), and World Cup 2010 began!  Oh, and the weather was awesome.  First two days of sunshine in a row since I cannot remember when.  This, I can only imagine, was light years better than the weekend England's goalie had.

Thomas is not sure what all the fuss is over the Jabulani.  He is striking it well and able to control the set kicks like he could with the old Tango.  (these are both names for Adidas world cup balls)
