Bellingham in November

Thomas wanted to see if the rain in Bellingham, WA, was any different than the rain in Seattle.  After a couple experiments at Whatcom Falls and the downtown areas of Bellingham and Fairhaven, he concluded that yes, the rain is the same.  Better leaves though.
