No, it is a US Navy Leapfrog.

What is better than watching 5 US Navy Seals jump out of a plane and land in a little league field in the North End of Boston?  Dancing with one.

Right after Thomas gave this Seal a high 5 he said, "I was dancing with the Brass Band!"  Then proceeded to do some moves; then he ran circles around the guy.  Awesome.
