So what do we do? Base layers, it is all about the base layers.
This much snow is quite an amazing site, and a lot of fun. Jenny and I fall through the 30" drifts like dead weights, but Thomas just pounces along like a Canadian Lynx.
Yes, my back is aching from the shoveling, but there is nothing better than building a snow cave for your son and letting him crawl through it like I wish I could.
