Iron Chef

Thomas has been "helping" in the kitchen lately while I cook dinner.  His latest and greatest was a raw potato on a bed of carrot peels with a banana yogurt glaze.  I asked him, "What do you call this?"  His reply, "Spunt."  That about sums it up.
